Who is Manky?

I'm Nathan, better known as "Manky Man". I'm now 8+ years into my physique transformation.

I've been every shape and size, struggling with my weight in my teenage years.

I fell in love with physique-based training and have crafted the perfect method to build a truly Manky Physique.

I'm sick of all the stupid and clearly wrong fitness advice given so freely on the internet. I've always given myself a no-nonsense approach to making actionable changes that actually benefit your physique.

There's two types of people in this world. There's people who talk, and there's people who do. If you're a doer the sky is your limit and a dream physique can become your reality.

How does it work?

As a beginner/intermediate natural lifter it's almost impossible to be big and lean. You'll have to do everything in your power and keep working harder each year for diminishing gains.

But there is a solution.

A Manky Physique is a physique that focuses on core muscle groups and training elements that will make you stand out. Giving you the aesthetics and size you want without compromising on body fat levels.

There's no point training the big 3 to be 'big and strong', you'll just get fat. But there's also no point trying to stay at 5% body fat, it just isn't possible and you'll stay small.

Get the best of both worlds by building a Manky Physique that gives you the shape and size you want year round whilst being decently lean.
